There’s a quote that says ‘Maturity is not growing up and acting like an adult but true maturity is growing up and carrying the child within you along’ In this class, we will be doing a guided poetry writing to feel a closer relationship to the inner children within us. What dreams did they have? How did they play? How can we awaken their aliveness within us? Followed with conscious connected breathwork to release any stuck energies within us and make peace with them slowly with each breath.
